Flavors
Our labratory staff work directly with you to develop flavors that when tested with focus groups, prove Flavorchem International Inc. is an industry leader in flavor development. Our Liquid, Powdered, Flavordry TM (Spray Dried) and Emulsion product lines are geared to meet any flavoring needs. Depending on your product application we can offer Natural, Artificial, and Natural & Artificial flavors.
Spice Oleoresins
When whole or ground spices are used in foods, only a part of the active flavor constituents are tasted. A large percentage of the flavor is retained in the cellular structure of the spice and is lost in the finished food product.
We, recommend, therefore, replacing whole and ground spices with OLEORESIN
Spice Hydroresins
Hydroresins are specially designed formulations, which are dispersible in both water and oil without the use of polysorbates. They can be labeled as "Natural Flavor".
