When whole or ground spices are used in foods, only part of the active flavour constituents is tasted.  A large percentage of the flavour is retained in the cellular structure of the spice and is lost in the finished food product. 

HYDRORESINS are specially designed formulations, which are dispersible in both water and oil without the use of polysorbates.  They can also be labeled as Natural Flavour.

We recommend, therefore, replacing whole and ground spices with HYDRORESINS
